Four steps from a page to a game
Open a route you have checked
Use a bookmark you saved yourself, or type the address. Do not start from a link in a message.
Press Log in
On this site the control opens an explanatory page first, then offers one button through to the account platform.
Enter only what is asked
A sign-in form wants a username and a password. Anything else it asks for should make you stop.
Sign out on a shared device
On a device that is not yours, sign out and close the tab every time, and never let the browser remember the password.
When access fails
The four commonest causes
- The password is refusedCheck whether Caps Lock is on and the keyboard is in English. Those two explain most cases.
- The account is temporarily lockedRepeated failures usually pause access for a while. Trying again immediately generally extends the pause.
- No verification code arrivesCheck signal, the filtered-message folder and the number on the account before requesting code after code.
- The page will not loadTry another browser, or disable a script-blocking extension, before concluding the problem is at the far end.
What nobody should ever ask you for
No legitimate support team asks for your password — not in a chat, not on a call, not by email. That single request is enough on its own to conclude you are not talking to the operator.
The same goes for a one-time code. It exists so that you can type it into a page you opened yourself, not so you can read it out to anyone.
What actually makes a password good
A good password is not a hard-to-remember one; it is one you use nowhere else. Most compromises do not come from guessing. They come from a password that leaked somewhere else and was then tried here.
If keeping several straight is the problem, the password manager built into your browser or operating system is a far better answer than one password everywhere.
