Four steps you will meet almost anywhere
Finish identity checks first

The bank account name has to match the account holder. A mismatch is the single commonest reason a transaction gets held.
Note the details before confirming
The time, the amount and the reference should be written down first, not hunted for afterwards when something has gone wrong.
Let one finish before starting another
Submitting a second request while the first is still pending makes the investigation harder for everybody involved.
